Very well located hotel in Central Sapporo, accessible walking distance to Susukino entertainment district, Japan’s largest outside of Tokyo. Easy access to downtown Sapporo’s famous mall, Tanuki Koji, which has amazing shopping opportunities from vintage to thrift to jewelry to great, affordable restaurants, and everything in between. Great, complete Japanese+Western breakfast buffet replete with nutritious and healthy options. Outstanding staff willing to go the extra mile to make my stay a pleasure and highly convenient. The staff member Haruna in particular was exceptional—she painstakingly helped me arrange for the shipment of my snowboard to our next destination in Osaka. The quality of the Japanese here was mindblowing. I would stay again and will stay again when I return to ski in Hokkaido! 🇯🇵❤️

I really liked the location as it was a convenient short walk to the Metro station, and also a walkable distance into the Susukino area in the evenings which I really enjoyed. The distance meant that the hotel was in a quiet area at night but was still very accessible. It's also located opposite the Seicomart Office which has a 24-hour convenience store at the bottom that was great for supplies of drinks/snacks. Facilities were very comfortable, the room amenities were all very pleasant and the multi-port charging cable was very handy. The onsen was also very spacious and comfortable - shame that it shut at 12 as I arrived very late on my first night, but there were bath salts at the amenities bar that you could use in the room's bath as well!

Location is very close to Nakajima Koen Station, about 7 mins walk. There is Seicomart across the hotel, easier to buy meal or daily needs. Room is very spacious, neat and clean. They gave special amenities for kids, also extra towel and mineral water. Really appreciate it. Public bath (onsen) was also good, they provided free ice cream. Staffs were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious, lots of food to choose, kids really love the menu especially the omelette and bacon. For me, the Japanese food was the best. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone staying at Sapporo!

- Location of the hotel is great! Close to the Nakajimakoen Station AND Seicomart is just across the street. - Staff members were VERY helpful in their own way, especially Matsumoto (hopefully I spelled her name right). She gets a shoutout 'cuz she helped us book a dinner reservation at Sapporo Beer Garden on the same night we've arrived! 🫰🏻 - Housekeeping provided daily sets of towels, sleepwear and water bottles. - I really like that you get to pick your own amenities at the lobby daily. I know that's not for all tourists but it works for us.

Location was great. It’s really close to the train, there is a convenience store right across the road and Nakajima park is also a short walk too. The staff were soo lovely. I’ll definitely be returning here when I come back to Sapporo. For those returning back to the airport, there is an airport bus just across the road :)
